Rates & Insurance

  • The rate for a 50-minute session is $165

  • The rate for a 75-minute session is $225

  • Family and couple sessions are 75 minutes long so each person has adequate time to be heard

  • Payment options: credit card, Health Savings Account (HSA), Zelle

Please note: I do not take insurance. Private pay protects your confidentiality and control over your treatment. Insurance companies often dictate the number of sessions, length of sessions, and require a mental health diagnosis (even for families and couples).

You may file a claim directly with your insurance company, citing me as an out-of-network provider, for potential reimbursement. I am happy to provide a superbill containing the information needed for you to submit a claim.
